Important data to consider:- All students may cancel their academic enrollment rights from Monday, February 12 to Friday, March 1.
- To choose subjects (Monday, March 4 and Tuesday, March 5, depending on their group), the student must enter https://inscripcionpiura.udep.edu.pe through SIGA. The online registration phase will be available at the following times:
Group 1: Economic and Business Sciences, Law, Humanities and Communication, from 9:00 am on Monday, March 4 to 9:00 am on Tuesday, March 5.
Group 2: Engineering and Educational Sciences, from 9:00 am on Tuesday, March 5 to 9:00 am on Wednesday, March 6 (24 hours). - It is important to consider that, to grant enrollment in a course, the following criteria are taken into account: student cycle, index and academic performance.
- The academic load will only be maintained for those students who have canceled their academic enrollment right up to and including Friday, March 1.
- Registration payment validation will take place on Wednesday, March 6. Those students who have not canceled their registration will lose their academic load.
- If the student took substitute exams and/or postponed exams In the academic period 2023-II, these academic rights They must be paid at the time of registration as well as any other debts you may have.
- If the student has not paid the registration fee until Friday, March 1, they can carry out the registration process in the Extraordinary Phase, from Tuesday, March 12 to Friday, March 15. To participate, you must previously pay the academic right of tuition and debts. For this phase you must follow the instructions that each Faculty has established and that you will find in the SIGA and CANVAS publications.
- If the student has an observation of “Academic Separation” or “Voluntary Withdrawal”, he must confirm his registration at the Secretary of your Faculty, before canceling the academic right at the Bank.

Economic data 2024-I
This is current economic information for undergraduate students, this semester:
- The enrollment account will include all debts owed to the University at the time of registration. make the payment. If you do not cancel, on March 6, web registration for the subjects will be eliminated.
- Starting on the 2nd business day of having made the registration payment, you will only be able to cancel the fee 1 of pensions corresponding to the 2024-I academic period, in the pension accounts of the BCP, BBVA and Scotiabank. We remind you that The maximum period to cancel the first installment of ordinary payments is on March 5th.
Payment procedure
We remind you that tuition payments can be made at BCP, BBVA, Scotiabank and Interbank.
If by Friday, March 1, the student does not pay the registration fee, registration for the courses will be removed. You can register for the extraordinary phase, from Tuesday, March 12 to Friday, March 15, according to the schedule established by the Faculty.
