Important data:- All students may cancel the academic right of Tuition and Fee 1 (and outstanding debts, if any) from Monday, February 12 to Friday, March 1.
- To choose subjects (Monday, March 4 and Tuesday, March 5, depending on their group), the student must enter https://inscripcionlima.udep.edu.pe/login.htm through SIGA. The online registration phase will be available at the following times:
Group 1: Economic and business Sciences, from 9:00 am on Monday, March 4 to 9:00 am on Tuesday, March 5.
Group 2: Engineering, Law and Humanities, from 9:00 am on Tuesday, March 5 to 9:00 am on Wednesday, March 6 (24 hours). - The validation process will take place on Wednesday the 6th and Thursday the 7th.
- For the extraordinary phase of assigning academic load, you must follow the instructions that each Faculty has established and that you will find in the SIGA and CANVAS publications.
- To students with outstanding debts from previous cycles (Library, substitute-postponed exams, Language Center, etc.) that have not already been regularized Students who have not made the payment of registration and fee 1, on the established dates, the system will automatically dismiss the assigned academic load. However, they may request their assignment again during the extraordinary phase and after having caught up on their payments. The schedules will be communicated by the Faculty.

KEEP IN MIND
The total amount to pay, in addition to the registration and fee 1 of 2024-I, will include, if applicable: overdue pensions, Language Center, Library fines, right to substitute-postponed exams and other debts.
Important:
- If the student has an observation of “academic separation” or “voluntary withdrawal”, please confirm the viability of his/her enrollment at the Academic Secretariat of his/her Faculty before making the first payment.
- Web registration requests from students who have debts from previous cycles (academic pensions, substitute or postponed exams, Language Center, library, etc.) will not be approved for academic load on March 7 if they have not made the payment of registration and fee 1 on the established dates. Web registration must be requested again in the extraordinary phase (March 12 – 15), after having caught up on pending payments.
For foreign students, take the following into account:
- If your immigration card has less than eight digits, you must prefix the number of zeros necessary to complete these eight digits.
- Yeah Your card has more than eight digits, just enter the last eight digits of your immigration card. If your license number is your passport number, put six zeros before the number.

PLACES TO PAY TUITION AND FEE 1
• BANKS: BCP, BBVA, SCOTIABANK and INTERBANK. Download the payment procedure here.
• PAYMENT LINK NIUBIZ (payments with debit or credit cards): You can make payment with a credit or debit card from all banks and financial institutions, through the next link (To enter the portal it is necessary to have access to your child's UDEP email). The concepts available to pay will be shown as appropriate: Undergraduate, Language Center or Academic Rights. Within each section, the outstanding installments will be broken down, which you can choose from.
Important: We will appreciate verifying that the deposit has been made in the indicated account, otherwise your registration will not proceed.
