Hildegart Gonzáles

PhD in Communication from the University of Navarra (Spain). Certified Corporate Social Responsibility consultant by the Government of Navarra and the Navarra Environmental Resources Center Foundation. Former manager of the Navarra Association of Communication and Advertising Companies. External consultant for institutions in comprehensive strategic communication planning.

 

Yago de la Cierva

President of the Villanueva University Foundation (Spain). PhD in Philosophy from the University of Navarra (Spain) and Master's in Institutional Communication from the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross (Italy). He has served as Executive Director of Corporate Communication at IESE Business School (Spain). He advises educational institutions on institutional communication. He is the author of several articles and books, including "Communicating in Turbulent Waters – An Ethical Approach to Crisis Communication.".

Jorge Aliende

Director General of the Association of Institutional Relations Professionals (APRI) in Spain since 2024. He holds an Executive Master's degree in Corporate Reputation from the University of Navarra (Spain). He has served as Director of Postgraduate Programs at the Faculty of Communication of the same university and as Director of Development for the British Chamber of Commerce in Spain. He is an independent consultant and lecturer at the Autonomous University of Madrid, the University of Salamanca, and the University of Navarra.

 

Irene Matías

An expert in strategic communication and public affairs, she directed the first Diploma in Institutional Relations at the Autonomous University of Madrid. She co-founded Cambre Associates Spain, was a managing partner and board member of ACH-Cambre, and a senior director at FTI Consulting. She also served as general manager of APRI and secretary of the Public Affairs Committee of the Community of Europe. She led lobbying campaigns in highly regulated sectors. She collaborates with the women business angel network W4STEAM and supports startups in lobbying campaigns.

Felipe Cantuarias

President of the Peruvian Hydrocarbons Society, he has been a member of the FIFA Review Committee and Corporate Governance Committee. Former Vice President of Planning and Public Affairs at Backus and former Vice President of Commercial and Public Affairs at Compañía Minera Antamina. Master's degree in Corporate Finance from Harvard University (United States).

 

Fernando Huamán

Director of the Center for Public Opinion Research (CIOP) at the University of Piura. PhD in Public Communication from the University of Navarra (Spain), where he received the Extraordinary Doctoral Award. Professor in the Master's Program in Strategic Communication of Organizations (MCEO) and in the Communication undergraduate programs at UDEP, as well as the Master's Program in Political Communication at the University of the Americas (Ecuador).

 

Sandra Orejuela

She holds a PhD in Public Communication from the University of Navarra (Spain) and a degree in Information Sciences with a specialization in Journalism from the University of Piura. She is a tenured professor of Political Communication and Communication Ethics. She is the author of the book "The Person as an Electoral Communication Strategy: Defining Personalization from the Perspective of Political Communication." As a university lecturer, she addresses topics such as Political Communication, Political Personalization, Political Image, and Media Ethics.

 

Luis Miguel Chávez

MBA and Bachelor of Business Administration with over 26 years of experience in the financial sector. Holds international certifications in Compliance (LPEC, CFCS, CAMS) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Design Thinking, Product Owner). Has led teams at BCP in Operations, Processes, Customer Service, and Compliance. International trainer in project management, ethical leadership, and strengthening compliance culture in Peru, Colombia, Bolivia, and Panama.

 

Paula Cantuarias

Experience in innovation, sales, marketing, corporate affairs, and knowledge of B Corp certification processes and sustainability reporting. Prior to Estratégica, she consulted for the NGO Recover (Madrid, Spain) and was an Investor Relations Associate for Opal Group (NY, USA). Previously, she worked in Marketing at Arca Continental Lindley, Innovation at Banco de Crédito del Perú, and Corporate Affairs at Minsur SA.
