Specialized program in Public Affairs and Corporate Communication

Introduction

Public Affairs is becoming increasingly important in the strategic management of organizations in their relationships with stakeholders. Likewise, in a context where reputation management and stakeholder relations have become strategic factors, corporate communication plays a vital role in identifying opportunities and risks, anticipating crises, and communicating decisions within a regulatory environment that has a significant impact on all organizations.

This program offers a comprehensive approach to understanding, designing, and implementing communication strategies that strengthen legitimacy and institutional positioning in complex and changing environments. From both theoretical and practical perspectives, it addresses the fundamentals of public affairs, institutional communication, crisis management, media and stakeholder relations, as well as current trends in strategic communication.

Participant profile
  • Corporate communicators: heads or coordinators of communication, public relations, press or reputation.
  • Private sector executives: managers or analysts of communication, marketing, corporate affairs or reputation.
  • Public officials and consultants: image consultants, public relations specialists, public policy specialists or government communication specialists.

 

Certification
  • Digital certificate of participation issued by the University of Piura. To obtain the certificate, attendance at 75% hours of the program is required.
  • Digital certificate for the sessions organized by the Spanish Professional Association of Institutional Relations. To obtain the certificate, attendance at all 6 hours of the presentation is required.

 

This program does not lead to an academic degree.
