In this module, participants will learn to view their business from a broader perspective, clearly understanding the direction it should take, how to differentiate itself from the competition, and where its true growth opportunities lie. Simple tools will be used to analyze the environment, gain a deeper understanding of the customer, and organize the owner's ideas about the type of business they want to build.
At the end of the module, each participant will have a clearer vision of which strategy suits them best, what makes them different, and how they can strengthen their market position to grow with better results.
This module helps the owner better understand the people they work with and their own role within the company. It explains, with simple examples, how teams function, why conflicts sometimes arise, and what the owner can do to communicate better, delegate confidently, and get everyone working toward the same goal.
The goal is for the participant to improve their leadership skills and achieve a more organized, productive, and healthy work environment.
This module teaches business owners how to read their numbers without getting bogged down in details. It covers the essentials: understanding what the financial statements say, how to identify problems, how to control incoming and outgoing cash, and which costs truly matter.
In this module, participants learn to manage their cash flow, understand their cash management, avoid running out of liquidity, and better plan their payments and collections. Simple language is used to explain what really matters: how to manage the day-to-day finances of a micro or small business and how to anticipate problems before they become too late.
The business owner learns how to attract more customers, how to better communicate their value proposition, and how to differentiate themselves from the competition. It's a practical module: marketing is taught without technical jargon, using real-world examples and exercises applicable to each business. Basic digital marketing is also incorporated so the entrepreneur understands how social media works as a sales channel.
This module teaches business owners how to organize the "internal" aspects of their business: how to control inventory, how to prevent losses due to disorganization, how to improve productivity, and how to design quick processes that everyone can follow. The approach is practical, with easy-to-implement tools.
Here, the owner learns how to determine if a machine, piece of equipment, or investment is worthwhile before spending money. Everything is explained using basic numbers, without financial jargon. The goal is for participants to be able to make confident decisions and avoid unnecessary or risky purchases.
This module fosters entrepreneurial creativity, teaching participants how to identify opportunities for improvement within their own businesses without requiring significant investment. It employs practical methods for innovation, business redesign, enhancing customer experience, and generating impactful changes.
