MGTR. JUAN CARLOS ALVARADO
Lawyer and Master in Tax Law (Specialization Diploma in IFRS, Postgraduate Studies in International Taxation at ITC (Netherlands), University of Salamanca, and Austral University (Active Member of IPIDET). Juan Carlos has more than 17 years of experience in the area of Tax Law at KPMG Peru (Big Four), Grellud y Luque Abogados, EBS Abogados, and the Tax Court. He is currently the Tax Director at Ladersam Consultores.

Master of Business Administration from the University of the Pacific. Accountant graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, with more than 25 years of professional experience in tax compliance and tax advisory matters. He has worked for more than 18 years at the international firm KPMG Peru as Senior Tax Manager, and is currently a Tax Partner at BKR Santivañez. He also worked in the tax area of the Credicorp and Intercorp groups.

A specialized lawyer with over 30 years of professional experience in tax consulting. He has been an International Consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank (as an expert in the review and modernization of Tax Administrations). He was an official of the National Superintendency of Tax Administration (in the positions of National Superintendent of Operations, Regional Superintendent of Lima and Regional Superintendent of Lambayeque). He is currently the principal partner and General Manager of Estudio Mini Miranda Abogados S Civil de RL. He is also a Customs Representative accredited by SUNAT, and has teaching experience at the Undergraduate and Postgraduate Schools of the University of Piura and the Continental University.
