The Specialized Program is equivalent to 40 teaching hours*.

Module 1: Transformational Leadership (9 hours)

This module is designed to train leaders who inspire and motivate through example.

Content:

• Dimensions of the manager according to Juan Antonio Pérez López.

• Principles of transformational leadership.

• How to inspire and lead with vision.

• Leadership styles.

• Dynamics.

Module 2: Emotional Intelligence (6 hours)

This module aims to develop the ability to manage one's own emotions and understand those of others.

Content:

• Components of emotional intelligence.

• Self-awareness, accountability, self-control, empathy, and socio-emotional skills.

• Management and reinterpretation of emotions in stressful situations.

• Dynamics.

Module 3: Effective and Assertive Communication (9 hours)

This module aims to develop clear and effective communication skills in the workplace.

Content:

• Active listening techniques and constructive feedback.

• Neurolinguistic communication techniques: rapport, anchoring, channels.

• Identification of communication barriers.

• Dynamics.

Module 4: Teamwork (6 hours)

This module will foster collaboration and cohesion within teams.

Content:

• Roles and dynamics in work teams.

• Conflict resolution and team decision-making.

• Analysis of success and failure cases in teamwork.

*One class hour is equivalent to 45 minutes.
