The categories in which they can participate are:

Academic Scientific Works

Submitted works must be final results or research progress developed within the context of research projects or with the intention of being published. Quantitative and qualitative approaches, literature reviews, case studies, thesis abstracts, or progress reports for undergraduate theses (bachelor's or professional degree) are all acceptable.
The presentation of these works will have a maximum duration of 20 minutes, in order to obtain feedback from the academic committee and the attendees of the event.

• Social and environmental accounting.
• Sustainability and integrated reporting according to ESG criteria.
• Ensuring sustainability information.
• Sustainability management control.
• Corporate sustainability.
• Other areas of research in social responsibility in organizations.

All works presented within the event in the different modalities will be subject to evaluation by the Academic Committee.
The main aspects that will be considered for the approval of the submissions will be thematic relevance, compliance with presentation requirements, structure, and methodological rigor. As these are scientific communications, submissions of conceptual and/or methodological relevance are expected.

The summary must meet the following requirements:

1. The Summary of Academic Scientific Works should briefly mention the theoretical framework, objectives, applied methodology and results or argumentation (depending on whether the work presented is empirical or theoretical) and most relevant conclusions.

2. The Summary of essays, productions and/or communications should mention a brief description of the experiences (trajectory, participating institutions, beneficiaries, scope, activities developed), main lessons, innovative aspects of the experiences.

3. Maximum of up to 2 sheets, in Word for Windows format, A4 size sheet (21 x 29.7 cm), Arial 12 font, single line spacing, with top and bottom margins of 2.5 cm and left and right margins of 3 cm with single spacing.

4. APA (American Psychological Association) Citation Style Guidelines – 7th Edition.

5. The author(s) must ensure that their name does not appear elsewhere in the work and that it has been removed from the Document Properties list.

Papers whose abstracts have been approved should be sent to the following email address: papers.cladirs@udep.edu.pe

The submission of the work must comply with the following requirements:

1. They must contain: title, name of the author(s), email of the authors, abstract, up to 5 keywords, introduction, objectives, methodology, analysis and interpretation of results, impact of the experience, conclusions and bibliographic references.

2. Text in Word format, A4 size sheet (21 x 29.7 cm), Arial 12 font, single line spacing, with top and bottom margins of 2.5 cm and left and right margins of 3 cm with single spacing.

3. Title of the work in capital letters, in Spanish and in English.

4. Length of 5 to 15 pages, including graphics, appendices and references.

5. Bibliographic references at the end of the work according to APA standards (7th Edition)

6. Tables must be submitted embedded in the main document. The data contained in them must be typed (not as images), and without special formatting, except for the cell lines.

Certificates will be awarded for exhibition of works, for authorship, for attendance at the event, and award certificates will be given to those works selected.
