The Construction Materials Testing Laboratory at the University of Piura is a department within the Faculty of Engineering, dedicated to conducting analytical tests on soils, concrete, aggregates, pavements, and masonry units. We are committed to:

Experiencia

Our expertise in civil engineering has been built over 35 years of dedication and commitment. During this time, we have played a vital role in projects that have shaped the infrastructure of our community. Our most prominent clients include Distribuidora Norte Pacasmayo SRL, Cementos Pacasmayo SAA, municipalities, the Comptroller's Office, port terminals, consortiums, real estate companies, and other major corporations.

The mission of the Construction Materials Testing Laboratory (LEMC) is to offer high-quality services in the analysis and evaluation of construction materials, supported by the Civil Engineering department. We serve university students, graduates, real estate companies, construction firms, and public agencies. Furthermore, we contribute to the sustainable development of infrastructure projects through technical excellence, continuous innovation, and close collaboration with our clients, guaranteeing safety, quality, reliability, and long-term value.
