AHA-UDEP

Historical Archive of Architecture

The Historical Archive of Architecture of the University of Piura (AHA-UDEP) was created as an initiative aimed at the preservation, organization and dissemination of the architectural documentary heritage of Peru.

Conceived as a space for memory and research, it seeks to strengthen academic training and promote public access to historical documents of cultural and architectural value.

The Archive safeguards documentary collections made up of plans, photographs, magazines, publications and other records related to national architectural production.

Among them are documents belonging to renowned Peruvian architects such as Enrique Seoane Ros and Santiago Agurto Calvo, whose contributions constitute an important source for the study of modern Peruvian architecture.

In this way, the AHA-UDEP is projected as an essential resource for the research and dissemination of Peruvian architecture, contributing to preserving and transmitting the country's architectural legacy to future generations.
