It investigates the impact of marketing on vulnerable populations, specifically children and adolescents.
- Consumer behavior
It investigates consumer behavior and consumer market marketing: the evolution of retail in Peru, the purchasing habits and behavior of Peruvian consumers, and the competitive dynamics between modern retail companies and traditional retail companies.

It investigates the impact of services on the quality of life of customers and employees of service companies and of society in general.
Accounting and Auditing Area
- Transparency in information and accounting
This line of research has two levels:

- Financial Accounting and IFRS: This course investigates how IFRS has influenced the nature and characteristics of financial information and companies, according to their type and sector. It analyzes the comparability of financial information internationally. It is complemented by the finance area for the investigation of financial effects.
- Corporate social responsibility investigates the nature of information according to international standards such as those of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and others. It is complemented by other academic areas that measure management attitudes and aspects of business ethics (corporate governance) and environmental performance (engineering).
- Management control
Investigate the characteristics of management tools and information in companies.
The research topics are: performance measurement and indicators, management accounting, cost and budget management, and financial analysis and planning. This line of research is complemented by other areas such as General Management, Corporate Governance, and Finance.

Research topics related to people in an organization: training, development, behavior, among others.
- Entrepreneurship and business innovation
Investigate the current potential for business entrepreneurship in Peru, a country where a large number of ventures do not prosper due to the lack of knowledge of management tools among entrepreneurs.
- Organizational design
It investigates the responses that favor effectiveness in organizations, given the complexity of managing companies in times of change, and the internal and external factors that condition them.

Investigate the different financing alternatives, the characteristics of the markets from which it comes, and the determination of the company's capital structure and cost.
- Financial performance of the company and its determinants
Investigate the various ways to measure financial performance, the factors that influence it, and how to optimize them to achieve maximum value.
