Doctor and Master in Government, from the University of Navarra (UNAV), Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, from the same university. Consultant at the University Governance and Reputation Center of the University of Navarra (UNAV). She works for the Echevarne Group, a family-owned holding company in the healthcare sector in Spain, Andorra, and several countries in the Americas. She has worked at UNAV as Corporate Director of Communications (2018-2021) and Director of Internal Communications and Brand (2009-2018). At the University Clinic of Navarra, she was Co-Director of Communications (2001-2003) and established and directed the Internal Communications Department (2003-2009). Previously, she founded and directed, for over ten years, the Communications Department of the Higher Technical School of Engineering of San Sebastián, while also serving as Director of Communications at CEIT, the Center for Technical Studies and Research of Gipuzkoa. During her university years, she was the Design and Layout Director of the magazine 'Nuestro Tiempo'. She has taught Corporate Communication and Written Communication and Information at the University of Navarra. She has also taught in the Master's program in Strategic Communication for Organizations at the University of Piura. She has given lectures at the "Educom" conference at the University of Piura and at the Building Universities' Reputation Congress (2017), among others. He has provided consulting and advice to more than a dozen educational and healthcare institutions in different countries. His areas of expertise focus on corporate communication and governance, internal and external communication, brand management, crisis communication, corporate identity and culture. |

As part of her professional experience, she has served as Head of Communications (Lima Campus) at the Communications Department of the University of Piura. She also worked as a project coordinator at the APOYO Institute (APOYO Group), where she implemented corporate social responsibility initiatives nationwide. Currently, she is a professor and director of the Postgraduate and Continuing Education Unit at the Faculty of Communication of the University of Piura. |

Professor in the Master's Program in Strategic Communication of Organizations (MCEO) and in the Communication undergraduate programs at the University of Piura. He is also an international professor in the Master's Program in Political Communication at the University of the Americas (Ecuador). He is currently the director of the Center for Public Opinion Research (CIOP) at the University. His teaching and research fields are Communication Theory, Public Opinion, and Audience Research. |
