He has served as Superintendent of Community Relations at Yanacocha Mining Company, Head of Social Responsibility at Kallpa Generación, Community Relations Leader at SAVIA PERÚ, Senior Leader of Institutional Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility at Frontera Energy Corp., and Community Relations Officer at Antamina. He has over 10 years of teaching experience in strategic social management, institutional relations, and sustainability.
He has studies in the Master's Degree in International Economic Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. Additionally, he is a specialist in Strategic Management of CSR, Inclusive Business and Corporate Social Responsibility from the Universidad del Pacífico.
