The application, selection, and acceptance process will take place on the following dates:

The receipt of files will be carried out in a virtual until the 3 de junio del 2025, a las 18:00 horas, through the online application enabled by the Interinstitutional Relations and Internationalization Unit (UREINI).

The application must include the following mandatory documents:
- Application form for the student mobility program, con los datos del alumno postulante
- Cover letter, addressed to the Director of the Professional School of the Faculty of Human Medicine, indicating the student's personal data and a brief explanation of the reasons that led him to apply to the Student Mobility Program.
- Curriculum vitae of the applicant, undocumented (maximum 2 pages).
- Academic record or certificate that proves the required cumulative index.
Applicants are responsible for ensuring the truthfulness and authenticity of the data and documents submitted.
Applications submitted after the deadline or that do not meet all the required criteria will not be accepted.
The selection process is the responsibility of the Evaluation Committee, and consists of two phases:
- First phase:
Evaluation of the submitted documentation and the qualification of the candidates. - Second phase:
Interviews with applicants.
The evaluation considers the student's motivation, academic trajectory, plans during the mobility period, and adaptability to optimize their experience in the program.
Se remitirá la documentación de los estudiantes preseleccionados a la Institución de destino. La aceptación oficial del estudiante se considerará confirmada, cuando la Institución de destino envíe la Carta de Aceptación o un documento equivalente.
Los resultados de la convocatoria serán comunicados mediante CANVAS UDEP y en sus correos institucionales.
The accepted student must submit the Commitment to accept vacancy, el cual debe estar debidamente completado y firmado dentro del plazo establecido. Así mismo debe presentar los siguientes documentos:

- Health certificate that certifies good physical and mental health.
- Simple copy of Valid and current National Identity Document.
- Simple copy of valid health insurance.
- Simple copy of Complete vaccination record, según los Lineamientos del Protocolo de Vacunación de la Facultad de Medicina Humana. Necesariamente, debe incluir vacunas completas contra hepatitis, difteria, tétanos, influenza y COVID-19, según normativa actual.
- Proof of payment.
Students who leave the Student Mobility Program without justification, after being evaluated and accepted, will be excluded without the possibility of participating in future calls, and may be subject to a penalty, depending on the call.
Offenses during the application process or during the validity of student mobility will be sanctioned in accordance with the Regulations of Disciplinary Measures for students of the University of Piura.
