She has over 30 years of experience in care management, clinical leadership, and continuous improvement. She has extensive experience in teaching, training, and developing programs focused on humanized care, patient safety, and evidence-based, results-oriented clinical practices.

Mc. Mg. Esp. Jesús Canales Vargas

Medical surgeon specializing in anesthesiology, with a focus on pain management, palliative care, and anesthesia in fields such as pediatrics, obstetrics, and aesthetics. Advanced training in total intravenous anesthesia. Master's degree in Psychology from the National University of San Marcos.

Training and experience in hospital management with highly developed managerial skills, leadership, and team management, always focused on teaching, achieving results, impact, and lasting impact. Emphasis on developing people and achieving goals through understanding the organizational purpose.
