The University of Nuertingen-Geislingen (HfWU), founded in 1949 as a Faculty of Agricultural Engineering, is a Public University of Applied Sciences in 1972 and offers academic education to more than 5,000 students today. This institution hosts 5,226 young people in 31 programs, 125 professors and 429 lecturers, 326 employees and a network of more than 100 partner universities around the world. “Education for responsibility” is the mission of the University of Nürtingen-Geislingen.
