IN COLLABORATION WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF IBAGUÉ- COLOMBIA

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The COIL project – UDEP – UNIBAGUE International Experience was carried out by students of the subject Operations Management of the Udep and Supply Chain Management of the UNIBAGUE. Through an analysis of the LPI (Logistic Performance Index), a benchmarking tool created to help countries identify challenges and opportunities for improvement in their logistics performance, the students prepared a report that provides a numerical indicator that measures the efficiency with which supply chains connect companies to national and international opportunities.

The challenge of the project was to promote internalization in a time of immobility due to the consequences of the pandemic and to promote integration between students from two different universities. In this way, the students discovered a new international reality, expanded their network of contacts and understood that digital tools allow us to make a smaller world.
