Carmen Sánchez Trigueros

Professor of Labor Law and Social Security at the University of Murcia. A researcher and specialist with over 100 scientific publications on equality, social inclusion, occupational risk prevention, and social security. She has participated in several research projects funded by the Spanish government. She is a member of the editorial board of the General Journal of Labor Law and Social Security, the Spanish Journal of Labor Law, and the Journal of Social Security Law.

Melissa Chuquillanqui

A lawyer with a Master's degree in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) from the University of Piura, she currently works as an Occupational Safety and Health Specialist at SUNAFIL (National Superintendency of Labor Inspection). Her expertise includes OSH in crisis and pandemic scenarios, psychosocial risk assessment in the workplace (CENSOPAS COPSOQ), and OSH management with a gender and age focus. She is a member of the International Commission on Occupational Health (ICOH), a postgraduate professor, and an international speaker on Occupational Safety and Health.
