Strategic Plan 2022 – 2025

In the coming years, the Faculty of Law intends to focus its efforts and resources on achieving the objectives set in the period 2022-2025, in order to improve the educational service offered based on the needs identified in the process of preparing the Strategic Plan. . It should be noted that the approach to the strategic objectives has been developed with the participation of interest groups under the direction of the Faculty Council: Piura and Lima Advisory Committee, heads of areas and teachers, administrators and student delegates.

Goal Guidelines:

1. Consolidate the presence of the Faculty in society through its participation in the media and in the activities of potential employers.
2. Concentrate efforts on the implementation of the Curriculum by competencies, taking into account the needs of teachers to achieve it.
3. Promote undergraduate research, evidencing it in the achievement of the corresponding degrees and titles.
4. Strengthen the service provided to students in the processes of supporting the educational service.
5. Promote the growth of the Postgraduate and Extension Directorate.
6. Place emphasis on undergraduate accreditation.
7. Focus on strengthening the teacher-student relationship through counseling.
8. Strengthen the articulation of the Faculty's Strategic Plan, the operational plan, the area plans and the professor's work plan.

Strategic objectives:

1. Implement a Study Plan by competencies in the Law academic program by 2025.
2. Increase the number of interdisciplinary research.
3. Increase the number of graduates per year.
4. Develop at least 1 training program for administrators per semester.
5. Increase the advice rate for 1st and 2nd year students.
6. Expand the academic offering of postgraduate specialization courses
7. Maximize the impact of the Faculty through its social networks in the university community
8. Improve the relationship with employers in the public and private sector.
9. Increase the number of social responsibility actions organized by the Faculty on Campus Lima.
10. Obtain accreditation of the undergraduate academic program.
