This master's degree provides students with the necessary tools to understand in depth the characteristics and limits of administrative action, especially in economic regulation, from a dual perspective: academic, based on the analysis of institutions and their defining features; and practical, through the presentation and discussion of specific cases where these can be applied.
The master's program boasts a faculty of renowned national and international professors who also offer tutoring and personalized guidance for the development of thesis projects required for the master's degree. In this context, it is worth highlighting the number of international professors, who provide an experience similar to that of studying abroad, always complemented by the presence of local professors who offer the perspective of national law.
The Master's program includes a research stay at prestigious universities abroad. These study periods allow students to prepare their dissertations. They can be undertaken for a period of one to three months after completing the first academic year of the program. The Law Faculties that can host our students are: (i) University of Zaragoza (Spain), (ii) University of Córdoba (Spain), (iii) University of Santiago de Compostela (Spain), and (iv) UNED with its associated center in Madrid (Spain).
The number of partner universities in this program may increase in the coming weeks.
The cost of the master's degree does not include the expenses of the research stay.
