Call for papers

 

The Inter-University Conference on Constitutional Law aims, in part, to promote legal research among university students and young legal professionals and to disseminate its relevant findings within the national and international legal community. To this end, a call is being issued for papers aligned with one of the components of the thematic focus.

In order to standardize the format used in preparing the papers, they must adhere to the following formal presentation requirements. Failure to comply with this formal requirement may be sufficient grounds for the paper's inadmissibility. The formal requirements are as follows:

1. Font format: Arial, size 12.
2. Line spacing: 1.5.
3. Length: Minimum 10 pages and maximum 20 pages (not including bibliography).
4. Title: In Spanish and English.
5. Full name of the author(s), university of origin and academic degree (student, bachelor, lawyer, master, doctor).
6. Abstract: Maximum 150–200 words, in Spanish and English.
7. Keywords: 5, in Spanish and English.
8. Summary: It must include the sections and subsections of the work.
9. Thematic line: The author must expressly indicate the thematic line to which the paper belongs.
10. Citations and bibliography: Uniform system (suggested: Chicago or APA latest edition).
11. Originality: Unpublished work of your own authorship. It must not be under consideration for any academic meeting or for publication in a journal or collaborative book.
12. Co-authorship: Works in this modality may have a maximum of two co-authors.

The presentations should be sent to the following email address: jornadas.inter.const@gmail.com. The deadline for submission is June 30, 2026.

Once the paper has been accepted, the author(s) must register for the Conference as a requirement for its presentation. The research will also be published in the Conference proceedings, and the author(s) will have 15 minutes to present it during the event.
