He has served as Superintendent of Community Relations at Minera Yanacocha, Head of Social Responsibility at Kallpa Generación, Community Relations Leader at SAVIA PERÚ, Senior Leader of Institutional Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility at Frontera Energy Corp. and Community Relations Officer at Antamina.

She has over 10 years of teaching experience in strategic social management, institutional relations, and sustainability. She holds a Master's degree in International Economic Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.

In addition, she is a specialist in Strategic Management of CSR, Inclusive Business and Corporate Social Responsibility from the Universidad del Pacífico.
