In the current context, communities face significant challenges, not only due to ongoing conflict but also because of a lack of clear strategies for territorial development. The interaction between community and territory is crucial for building collective identities and managing resources. Businesses and other stakeholders can play a fundamental role in promoting territorial development, helping communities meet their needs and realize their potential.
The specialized program “Communities, Social Management, and Territorial Development” offers comprehensive training that empowers participants, particularly those in the mining sector, to become agents of change in their communities. Through a practical and theoretical approach, the course provides tools and methodologies for social management and promoting territorial development through social investment, public works projects funded through tax credits, and other initiatives.
To provide effective tools so that, as community managers, they can promote territorial and social development, thus contributing to strengthening trust, transparency and good relations among all the actors involved.
Our methodology combines theory and practice to offer a comprehensive learning experience. Through lectures, group work, and real-world case studies, participants will explore key concepts and apply their knowledge.
The program is delivered in a synchronous online format, through interactive online sessions.
The sessions will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm, with a 10-minute break.
Participants receive a coded digital certificate for participation in the specialized program “Communities, Social Management and Territorial Development”.
To obtain the certificate, participation in at least 35 of the scheduled hours is required.
All certificates will be issued virtually and sent via email.
This program does not lead to an academic degree.
