  • The sustainability report: international framework (IFRS) vs European framework (EFRAG – ESRS): interconnectivity of frameworks.
     
Module 3: Environmental Aspects
  • Climate change and decarbonization: Scopes 1, 2 and 3. 
  • Circular Economy. 
  • Biodiversity and nature management. 
  • Resilient infrastructures 
Module 4: Social and governance aspects
  • Human rights, due diligence and supply chain. 
  • Sustainability governance: the role of governing bodies and management bodies. 
  • Sustainability information control systems (SIINF) and internal control systems for sustainability information (SCIINF). 
  • Social impact management.
Module 5: Sustainable Finance
  • Sustainable finance plan and taxonomy. 
  • Sustainable investment. 
  • Sustainable finance – BBVA case. 
  • The impact of sustainability on insurance markets
