With a PhD in Communication from the University of the Andes, he has training in screenwriting, communication, and philosophy. He is a researcher and professor at the University of Piura, as well as an international lecturer in Chile and Mexico. He is the associate editor of the Journal of Communication and a specialist in transmedia storytelling. He has worked as a consultant and speaker in strategic communication. He was a U.S. State Department fellow, a Visiting Researcher at the University of Navarra, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Slovakia. He won the 2023 Master Class and the 2024 Prociencia Award. He is the author of more than sixty academic publications. |
