Grado de Bachiller (2025)
Obtaining a bachelor's degree constitutes the culmination of university studies; this degree certifies that the graduate has met the requirements established in his or her study plan. According to Law 30220, the University of Piura establishes as requirements the approval of undergraduate studies (mandatory, elective and freely configurable credits), the approval of a research work and knowledge of the English language.
To qualify for the Bachelor's degree in Communication, you must:
- Have approved all the mandatory, elective and freely configurable credits corresponding to your study plan.
- Have completed a total of 500 hours of pre-professional practices. (Check the Regulations for Pre-Professional Practices)
1. Printed Degree Application (do not fill it out by hand) and signed.

2. Copia del recibo de pago del derecho académico de grado de bachiller según lo siguiente:
to. Cancel it through the BBVA payment platforms, through the following payment route.
– Payment for services / Pay service.
– Indicate name of the service: UDEP Piura – Rates-Rights MN.
– Correctly indicate the student's ID.
– Indicate/select academic right code: 101.
– Confirmar Pago: S/ 1,480.00.
3. Color photograph, with a white background, in passport size (4 cm high x 3.50 cm wide) and in .jpg format. The inclusion of the photograph in the diploma is mandatory.

5. At the time of applying for the Bachelor's Degree, the graduate must be up to date (not in debt) with all his or her payment commitments to the university.
