The program combines strategic fundamentals with immediate application. From prompt engineering to dashboard creation with no-code tools, it culminates in an intensive in-person module on GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), the new paradigm of digital positioning in the era of ChatGPT, Claude, and Google AI Overview.

Strategic and corporate approach to sustainability
The course teaches how to integrate generative AI applied simultaneously to Corporate Communication and Sustainability.
GEO Model (Generative Engine Optimization)
It addresses the transition from traditional SEO to GEO, preparing participants to position brands and corporate narratives on ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overview.
Intensive face-to-face module
The program culminates with a 6-hour face-to-face module that reinforces deep learning, strategic discussion and analysis of sector cases, providing a high-value hybrid training experience.

The course combines synchronous online sessions with an intensive in-person module. Each session integrates conceptual presentations, tool demonstrations, and practical exercises applied to real-world communication and sustainability cases. Participants will work with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google Notebook LM, and no-code tools as Claude and Canvas artifacts, developing projects that can be immediately implemented in their organizations. The program is delivered in a blended learning format, through interactive online sessions and a final intensive closing session.
