In 2015, he was Manager of the Patient Safety and Humanization of Care Department at ESSALUD Headquarters. Currently, he serves as Manager of the Patient Safety and Humanization of Care Department at the Quality Management and Humanization Office – ESSALUD Headquarters.

Currently, she is Head of the Fetal Medicine Service in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics at Santa Rosa Hospital.

He holds diplomas in Evidence-Based Medical Auditing and Quality Management in Health Services, as well as in Quality Assurance Management. He also holds a diploma in Risk Management from ESAN University and a Master's degree in Health Services Management from the National University of San Marcos. He has worked as a Medical Auditor and Medical Supervisor in various institutions, including ESSALUD (Social Security Health Insurance). Currently, he serves as the Technical Coordinator for the Management of Comprehensive and Specialized Brigades at the Directorate of Indigenous Peoples of the Ministry of Health (MINSA).
