Requirement for course registration:

Medical specialists in general surgery, doctors dedicated to emergency and trauma surgery, residents of the specialized general surgery.

Doctors working as surgical assistants with more than 2 years of experience interested in the course.

Step 1

Please send the following documents:

• Simple copy of the Academic Degree of Bachelor in Human Medicine or other professions.
• National Identity Document (DNI) – digital format
• Simple Curriculum Vitae
• Letter of intent

Step 2

Once the documents detailed above have been received, the Faculty's administrative coordinator will send you your "payment code" with which you can deposit the corresponding amount into the Collection Account in soles of the Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP).

Step 3

To complete the registration process, the participant must send proof of bank deposit to the following email address:

*The course will begin once the minimum number of enrolled students has been exceeded.
