Course: Training of Facilitators in Clinical Simulation for Teaching in Health – Level I

The Postgraduate and Continuing Education Unit of the Faculty of Human Medicine of the University of Piura, committed to the academic development of health professionals in the country, has developed this Clinical Simulation Facilitator Training Course – Level I, aimed at teachers of health professional education, which aims to reinforce knowledge about planning, development and use of simulation as a learning strategy.

The program is aimed at health and education professionals who develop practices with clinical simulation.

Upon completion of the training process, the graduate is expected to acquire the following competencies:

• To promote the development and use of clinical simulation as a teaching methodology, by designing a simulation scenario and recognizing and using the debriefing phases as formative assessment.
