Course on Planning and Control of Health Projects and Services

 The course

The Health Project and Service Planning and Control course provides participants with the knowledge and tools to strengthen their capacity for managing health projects and services, focusing on achieving expected results while ensuring quality, efficiency, and solidarity with patients or beneficiaries of a health project. It also promotes the development of skills in strategic planning, goal setting, resource management, and process control, enabling sound, evidence-based decision-making. Furthermore, the course aims to foster an ethical and social perspective in healthcare management, aligned with the needs of the population and public health policies.

The practical program is developed through the creation of a Health Project, which allows participants to apply the theoretical knowledge acquired in an integrated way, promote teamwork, analyze real problems in the health sector and design viable, sustainable intervention proposals aimed at the continuous improvement of health services.
