The course will take place in:

• UDEP virtual classroom

This is where the theoretical classes and assessments will take place. In addition, the AWW board program will be used as a virtual tool to allow for explanations through graphics and diagrams.

Teaching materials

The virtual classroom will be the platform through which students will access all teaching materials (videos, articles, guides, etc.). A laboratory manual will be developed to provide students with a reference for the workflow, outlining the main command lines. In addition, bioinformatics software such as BLAST, UNIPROT, Chromas, Pymol, and Autodock Vina will be used.
