She holds a Doctorate in Law from the University of Navarra. She served as a member of the INDECOPI Commissions (Piura and Lambayeque) and as a member of the First Chamber of the National Labor Inspection Tribunal. She is Professor Emerita at the Faculty of Law of the University of Piura (UDEP). Her research focuses on respect for human dignity and fundamental rights, with particular emphasis on non-discrimination. She has taught at universities in Spain and Italy and is the author of over one hundred articles in national and international scientific journals. She has served as a Justice and Vice President of the Constitutional Court, and since 2024 has been its President.

She is the Founder and Commercial Manager of Tinnitus Perú, the Inclusive Certification agency Yapaykuy, and INCLUEDU.

Author of books such as *Women and Law* and *Gender Equality Training*, she coordinates two editorial collections that highlight women's contributions to history and the professional world. Her career combines research, teaching, and consulting for companies and universities in Spain, Europe, and Latin America, with a focus on personal development and building support networks for women's leadership.
A graduate in Business Administration from the Universidad Intercontinental de México and with a Master's degree in Family Sciences from the Pontifical John Paul II Institute for Marriage and Family Sciences, she is the general director of the Alliance for Family Formation. She currently teaches at ICAMI, the first comprehensive training and management development center for mid-level executives affiliated with IPADE Business School; she is a member of the Council of the International Network of Catholic Women Leaders; and she writes case studies for discernment using the case method in anthropological, professional, and family life issues.
She holds a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Navarra and received the Extraordinary Doctoral Award in 2015. She has been a research professor of Philosophy in the Political Science and International Relations program at the University of the Americas (Quito). In 2018, she published the book "Common Sense and the Critique of Skepticism in the Philosophy of Thomas Reid" with Eunsa. Author of several academic articles, she is currently a tenured professor at UDEP and Director of Studies in the Faculty of Humanities (Lima).
