| Dr. Enrique Banús Irusta

Doctor Honoris Causa from the Universities of Oradea and Arts & Design, Cluj-Napoca in Romania. He studied German Philology, Romance Philology and Comparative Literature at the Universities of Bonn and Aachen (Germany). He holds a Master Artium (MA) from the University of Aachen and a Dr. Phil. (Doctor in Philosophy and Letters) from the University of Aachen. He is a translator and interpreter. He has more than 20 years of teaching in cultural management in different European and Latin American universities. He was part of the “Intercultural Dialogue” Expert Committee of the General Directorate of Education and Culture of the European Commission and served as professor of the Jean Monnet Chair, ad personam, “European Culture”. For eight years, after several reelections, he presided over the European Community Studies Association (ECSA-World), within which European studies associations with participation in the European Union live. Current Director of the Cultural Center of the University of Piura.

| Dr. Enrique Sánchez Costa
University of Piura – Peru
Doctor in Humanities with thesis on “The resurgence of Catholicism in modern European literature (1890-1945)” at the Pompeu Fabra University. He has a master's degree in Comparative Literature: Social and Cultural Studies from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. His career as a researcher is notable for the publication of numerous articles in indexed and specialized journals in the field of Humanities. He has a special predilection for the study of Christian thought in philosophers of the Renaissance and early modernity. Throughout his teaching experience he has deepened his interest in topics such as the use of the Spanish language in America, philosophical anthropology, European culture and Ibero-American history. It is part of the Department of History of the UDEP, among the lines of research undertaken, the history of political ideas stands out in general and, in particular, the doctrines of liberalism, the history of capitalism, the ideological pulse between fascism, communism and liberal democracy in the 20th century.

| Dr. Jordan Barbulescu
National School of Political and Administrative Studies – Romania
University professor with long experience in diplomatic practice. He has a doctorate from the University of the Basque Country with the thesis on the accession of the Central European countries to the European Union. He actively participated in the political committee responsible for the process of Romania's incorporation into the European Union. He currently serves as dean of the Department of International Relations and European Studies at the National School of Political and Administrative Studies in Bucharest.

Chartered Economist with a Master's Degree in International Political Science and International Relations at Manchester University in the United Kingdom. Doctorate Studies in Political Sciences, Administration and International Relations at the Complutense University of Madrid. He has worked as a professor in European International Policies, International Integration and Free Trade Agreements, International Finance and International Relations at the University of Piura, the San Ignacio de Loyola University (USIL) and the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUPC). His career includes technical advisory work in the Executive Directorate of the Peruvian Agency for International Cooperation (APCI) and consulting work in the Peruvian Foreign Ministry.

He received the Alfonso Caso medal from UNAM and the MacArthur-Ford-Hewlett scholarship to pursue master's studies in Government. Recipient of the Essex University/CONACYT scholarship. Renowned analyst with publications in national and international media such as Bloomberg Financial, cnn and the newspaper The Economist. He is a member of the International Studies Association (ISA) and has official recognition as a researcher from the National Researchers System of CONACYT (Mexico).
Full-time professor-researcher in the department of International Relations and Political Science of the University of the Americas Puebla where he has taught the courses on Asia-Pacific, Theories of International Security, Global Economy and Politics, Theories of International Relations.

Durante su formación, recibió el premio Global Korea Scholarship (GKS) del National Institute for International Education, de la República de Corea. Además, posee un Máster en Ética y Democracia por la Facultad de Filosofía y Ciencias de la Educación de la Universidad de Valencia, en el cual enfocó su investigación en cosmopolitismo, ciudadanía y democracia. A lo largo de su formación ha profundizado su interés académico en la ética, los derechos humanos y la educación para la ciudadanía.

Master in Advanced Studies in International Terrorism from the University of La Rioja. His intellectual career includes university studies in the field of literature and the humanities. In the early stages of his professional practice, he dedicated several years to the practice of investigative journalism in various Venezuelan media. University professor in chairs of Introduction to International Relations and History of Ideas. He has worked on the Cooperation Commission with UNESCO and the coordination of international cooperation of the Venezuelan Antarctic Program.

| Indra Labardini Fragoso
Mexican researcher in charge of the Coordination of the Master's Degree in International Relations at the Universidad del Mar (UMAR). She is involved in lines of research focused on the study of the environmental crisis and the History of International Relations at the Institute of International Studies based in Huatulco, Mexico. Graduated from the Bachelor's Degree in International Studies at UNAM. He has a PhD in Modern and Contemporary History at the Mora Institute; In recent times, she is pursuing her candidacy as a National Researcher certified by CONACYT. In the most notable academic publications he addresses topics related to Mexican foreign policy, history of diplomacy, international relations between American nations, the dilemmas of the global world and environmental issues with a focus on sustainable development.

| Dr. Carlos Buller
Doctor in History and Civilizations from the L'École des hautes études en sciences sociales (School of Higher Studies in Social Sciences, EHESS) based in Paris, France. Member of the Peruvian Diplomatic Service and professor at the Diplomatic Academy of Peru. He has a bachelor's degree in History from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, and then obtained a master's degree in said specialty at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. Graduated in International Relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Peru (1990), where he has served as a professor and regularly publishes articles on foreign policy. He has a postgraduate degree in International Studies at the Diplomatic School of Madrid, Spain.
He is currently a specialized advisor to the General Directorate of Foreign Policy Evaluation and Strategies of the Foreign Ministry and works as a professor at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences, being in charge of the Foreign Policy of Peru and History of International Relations courses.
Throughout his career as a diplomat, he has served in the Peruvian Embassies in France, Mexico and in the consulates of Caracas, Venezuela, and Quito, Ecuador, as well as in different departments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Defense.
