This course offers an overview of the most fundamental concepts of the commercial law of obligations and contracts, as well as a specific and updated approach to the most important contracts in modern commercial traffic. For this purpose, the course is divided into two modules. In the first, the concept of “commercial contract” is analyzed, its legal meaning and its foundation, and the peculiar commercial regime of obligations and contracts in general and its continued validity are examined. In the second module, the commercial contracts with the greatest impact on economic traffic are studied in detail.
