With the election of a new government for the next five years just around the corner, there is widespread concern about the direction the country will take, both among economic agents and among the citizens.
In this context, it is important to review the fundamental institutions of the constitutional economic system that regulate business activity in the country. This course will offer this review in light of constitutional jurisprudence.
The course is aimed, in particular, at corporate lawyers and, in general, at lawyers in the private and public sectors, interested in learning about the most recent constitutional jurisprudence on business law issues.
Since constitutional law has invaded all legal areas, participating in the course will mean a true update of Peruvian law.
Students will gain a broad and general overview of current constitutional regulations concerning business activity in Peru. This will be the constitutional framework that will not be affected by the change of government.
Corporate lawyers and, in general, lawyers from the private and public sectors interested in learning about the most recent constitutional jurisprudence in the field of Business Law. Law graduates.
- The program consists of 90 academic hours, comprising 42 hours of instruction, plus over 48 hours of study materials and final project development. Upon completion of the program, students will receive a digital certificate issued by UDEP.
- This will indicate: Certificate awarded to the student “Names and Surnames” for having passed the Specialization Program in Constitution and Company: New Jurisprudential Trends, carried out in person from September 1 to October 24, 2026, equivalent to 90 academic hours.
- A certificate of completion is awarded provided the participant passes the program, has no outstanding debts with the university, and meets the 80% attendance requirement. If the participant does not pass the program but has no outstanding debts with the university, they will receive a certificate of participation.
- Certificates will be sent to participants' email addresses at the end of November 2026.
