About the program

With the election of a new government for the next five years just around the corner, there is widespread concern about the direction the country will take, both among economic agents and among the citizens.

In this context, it is important to review the fundamental institutions of the constitutional economic system that regulate business activity in the country. This course will offer this review in light of constitutional jurisprudence.

The course is aimed, in particular, at corporate lawyers and, in general, at lawyers in the private and public sectors, interested in learning about the most recent constitutional jurisprudence on business law issues.

Since constitutional law has invaded all legal areas, participating in the course will mean a true update of Peruvian law.

Goals

Students will gain a broad and general overview of current constitutional regulations concerning business activity in Peru. This will be the constitutional framework that will not be affected by the change of government.
