He holds a degree in History and Cultural Management from the University of Piura, a Master's degree in Marketing from ESAN University and ESIC Business School (Spain), and a diploma in Cultural Impacts of Digital Transformation and Public Management for Development. With over 11 years of experience, he has distinguished himself in the public sector, working at the Confucius Institute, the Center for Training and Tourism, and the Ministries of Education and Culture. He is currently the Director of the Academic Program in History and Cultural Management at the University of Piura, Lima campus.
A graduate in History and Cultural Management from the University of Piura and with an MBA from The Global Leaders Institute, she has over 12 years of experience in social and cultural impact policies and projects, particularly in the arts and cultural industries and youth development. She has worked in both the public and private sectors, notably as General Coordinator at the Directorate of Cultural Industries and Arts, and as Director of National Ensembles at the Ministry of Culture. She is currently the Manager of Central Ensembles at Sinfonía por el Perú.
A graduate in Social Sciences with master's degrees in Sociology and Museology and Cultural Management, she has over 15 years of experience in cultural management and public policy. She was the executive director of the Special Bicentennial Project of Peru, leading memory initiatives and promoting citizen participation. As director general of Cultural Industries and Arts at the Ministry of Culture, she spearheaded policies to strengthen cultural development. She has held leadership positions at the National Library of Peru, combining academic experience and public administration for cultural development.
A historian and cultural manager with a degree from the University of Piura, she has extensive experience in cultural and educational projects in both the public and private sectors. She holds a Master's degree in Public Management from the University of San Martín de Porres and a Master's degree in Public Administration from EUCIM Business School. She is known for projects such as "Trujillo Bicentennial," which received an award in 2021, and "Interpreters of Chan Chan," selected by UNESCO. Currently, she is the director of the Academic Program in History and Cultural Management at the University of Piura and president of CLÍO Culture and Citizenship.
Associate Professor in the Faculty of Humanities, with a degree in History and Cultural Management and a master's degree in Cultural Management from the University of Piura. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in Humanities with a specialization in Cultural Studies. He holds a diploma in the Social Doctrine of the Church from CEU San Pablo University and diplomas in University Teaching and Public Administration. He has served as Head of the Academic Area of Cultural Management, Postgraduate Coordinator, and Director of the Academic Program in History and Cultural Management.

She has over 15 years of experience in the public and private sectors, leading cultural and educational projects at the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Education. She has held coordination and management positions in arts, culture, and cultural industries initiatives. She currently serves as General Coordinator at the Directorate General of Cultural Industries and Arts of the Ministry of Culture.
