| Master Pedro Rodrigo Falcón Sarango

He holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Cultural Management from the University of Piura, a Master's degree in Marketing from ESAN University, and a Master of Marketing Science from ESIC Business School (Spain). He also has diplomas in Public Management for Development from the Inter-American Development Bank, Public Policy from the National University of San Marcos, Project Management from the University of Piura, and International Cooperation from San Ignacio de Loyola University. He has over 11 years of professional experience, 9 of which have been in the public sector, working at the Confucius Institute at the University of Piura, the Center for Training and Tourism, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Culture. His professional activity has focused on the design, implementation, management, and evaluation of educational, cultural, and social projects and programs. He is currently a full-time professor in the History and Cultural Management Academic Program at the Faculty of Humanities, University of Piura.

| Mgtr. Mariol Arias

Mariol Arias is a distinguished professional with a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences, a Master's degree in Cultural Management from the University of Barcelona, and a Diploma in Cultural Management and Policy. She is a Certified Meetings Specialist and a graduate of the DeVos Institute of Arts Management and the London School of Economics. She has over 20 years of experience in event production and public relations. She has directed the Morelia Music Festival and the Carlos Prieto International Cello Competition. Currently, she is the Director of Management and Interinstitutional Relations at Esperanza Azteca, where she works to promote the social and economic impact of art and culture.

| Luisa Vargas Machuca, M.Sc.

A graduate in Management and Senior Management from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, with a Master of Business Administration from University Canada West (Canada), and specialization studies in Cultural Management (MALI) and Results-Based Project Management (IDB). She has extensive experience in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of cultural and educational projects in the public and social sectors. Currently, she is a Project Coordinator at PowerPlay Young Entrepreneurs of Canada Association, an organization that promotes innovation and entrepreneurship among students aged 8 to 13 through creative strategies.

| Master Carlos La Rosa

Master of Arts in Cultural Studies from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. He has extensive experience in managing artistic and cultural projects in both the public and private sectors. His career includes university teaching, consulting, academic research, and directing in the performing arts. He has established collaborations with local governments, ministries, international organizations, and private entities, contributing to the design and implementation of cultural policies, laws, and diverse projects. Throughout his career, he has managed and produced a variety of artistic and cultural events, including funding opportunities, exhibitions, performances, and festivals. His notable achievements include serving as Director of Arts at the Ministry of Culture of Peru and as President of the Ibero-American Performing Arts Support Fund (IBERESCENA).
