This first edition of practical and collaborative workshops for the Criminal Law and Public Procurement course will seek to review the major cases and issues that have emerged in this important field during the last decade.
- To present, through real and fictitious practical cases, the most complex and controversial matters of public procurement and criminal law applied to the first administrative activity.
- To propose legal critiques and solutions to the cases presented.
- To address the appropriate handling of relevant case law, arbitral awards, and administrative acts applicable to the cases presented.
The workshop will be developed through case theory, starting from a specific case, emblematic cases, such as the Lava Jato case, the professor will explain them including the applied theory.
The workshop will be delivered through a blended learning format. In-person classes will be held at the Lima campus: Calle Mártir José Olaya 162-Miraflores, fostering close interaction between instructors and students, as well as networking opportunities. Virtual classes will be conducted via Zoom (both synchronous and asynchronous)*.
Students will have 24/7 access to the Udep Virtual platform, where they can find reading materials sent by instructors and recordings of classes. The platform will only be available until the end of the program.
It will also be offered that participants can register completely online, if they wish. The student accepts that face-to-face classes will be transmitted online from the classroom, via zoom. The teacher will be connected in real time, teaching the class to those who attend in person and those who connect via Zoom will be able to listen to it.
*If a synchronous class becomes asynchronous, students will be notified in a timely manner.

- Judges, prosecutors in criminal, constitutional and administrative law, judicial and prosecutorial staff. Union leaders.
- University professors of Administrative, Criminal and Labor Law.
- University graduates interested in specializing in these subjects.
The program consists of 30 academic hours.
The digital certificate in the name of UDEP will indicate: Certificate awarded to the student “Names and Surnames” for having participated in the I Workshop on Criminal Law and Public Procurement, held in a semi-presential / online format from December 14 to December 18, 2026, equivalent to 30 academic hours.
The digital certificate will be issued provided the participant attends/connects to the classes and has no outstanding debt with the university.
Certificates will be sent to participants' email addresses in February 2027 (provided they do not have any outstanding debt with the university).
