| Analía Fernández Rojo
She holds a degree in Library Science and specializes in bibliographic heritage, rare books, and the management of special collections. She serves as an advisor to the Mariano Moreno National Library (Argentina) and coordinates the Diploma Program in the Management of Special Bibliographic Collections at the National University of Mar del Plata. She has pursued specialized studies in Spain and Italy and has participated as a speaker at international conferences on bibliographic heritage and library management in Latin America. |

| Fabricio Valencia Gibaja
He is a lawyer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, holds a Master's degree in Museology and Cultural Management from Ricardo Palma University, and is an Expert Member of the International Scientific Committee on Legal Affairs of ICOMOS. He has taught at the postgraduate level at the Diplomatic Academy of Peru, Antonio Ruiz de Montoya University, and the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences. He has extensive experience in public administration, having served as Minister of Culture, advisor to the Minister, head of the Legal Advisory Office of Executive Unit 007 of the Ministry of Culture, member of the High-Level Commission for the Repatriation of the Machu Picchu Collection of Yale University, and member of the commission that drafted the Regulations of the General Law of the Cultural Heritage of the Nation.

| Cristina Vargas Pacheco
She holds a PhD in Tourism (USMP) and a Master's degree in Art History and Heritage from Bordeaux 3 University, as well as a Master's degree in Museology from the École du Louvre (France). She has also completed a Diploma in Museology and Museography from UNMSM and a Diploma in Cultural Mediation, Community, Arts, and Technologies (UNA and CLACSO-Argentina). She has directed the History and Cultural Management Program at the University of Piura and is a university professor and researcher with 20 years of experience. She has also directed the Collection Protection Department of the National Library of Peru and served as an advisor to the Ministry of Culture. In addition, she has curated numerous exhibitions and developed cultural mediation projects.

| Jimena Nonato
She is a conservator and restorer, having graduated from the National University of San Marcos, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Cultural Management at the University of Piura. Specializing in the conservation of archives and photographic and artistic collections, she has experience working with public institutions and private projects. She has served as head of conservation for the Martín Chambi Project and was part of the Conservation Coordination team at the National Library of Peru. She is currently in charge of conservation at the Raúl Porras Barrenechea Institute.

| Carlos Zegarra Moretti
He is a historian and cultural manager, having graduated from the University of Piura. He was the lead coordinator of four projects for the description, cataloging, and dissemination of historical archives in the dioceses of Cusco and Puno, projects funded by international cooperation. He received postgraduate scholarships from KAAD (Catholic Academic Exchange Service) for graduate studies at the University of Bonn, Germany, where he earned a doctorate in Anthropology of the Americas. He teaches in the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Piura.

| Jorge Pavel Elias Lequernaqué
Historian, professor, and researcher in the Faculty of Humanities at UDEP. Master's degree in Andean History from the Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar (Ecuador campus). He has participated as a speaker and lecturer at events in Peru and abroad. He has also conducted research in Spanish, Ecuadorian, and Peruvian historical archives. He is a Corresponding Member of the National Academy of History (Peru). He has published numerous research articles in journals and books in Peru and abroad. He was a research member of the project "San Miguel de la Nueva Castilla: First Hispanic Foundation in the South Pacific." He is also a research member of the Ibero-American Network for Research on Colonial Urbanism. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in the Andean Studies Program at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.

| Ana Peña Cardoza
An expert in public policy and state modernization with over 18 years of experience. As former Head of the National Library of Peru, she led the reform of the national system with a territorial and infrastructure focus. Her achievements include the 2024 Good Practices Award for cultural access initiatives, the creation of the Hospital Library (CAD Award 2024), and the protection of the nation's documentary heritage. Recently, in local government, she implemented the first reading club and workshop for senior citizens, promoting inclusion and civic engagement.

| Pablo Cruz Quintanilla
He is an art historian, a graduate of the National University of San Marcos (Peru). He has distinguished himself as an independent researcher, with publications focused on 19th- and 20th-century Peruvian art. Between 2012 and 2018, he served as a researcher and associate editorial coordinator at the Lima Art Museum. In 2018, he edited the book *Escuela Nacional Superior Autónoma de Bellas Artes. Centenario 1918-2018* (National Autonomous Higher School of Fine Arts: Centenary 1918-2018). In collaboration with this institution, he launched the Ande Portal in 2020, now the Ande Collection, a virtual platform dedicated to disseminating written and visual sources for the cultural history of Peru. He currently holds the position of managing director at the publishing company Ande. Arte y Ediciones.
