|Master's. Rodrigo Falcón 

Bachelor's degree in History and Cultural Management (UDEP), Master's degree in Marketing (ESAN) and Master's degree in Marketing Science (ESIC). He holds diplomas in Public Management and Digital Transformation, and has over 11 years of experience in the design and management of educational and cultural projects at the Confucius Institute, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Culture. He has served as a technical advisor and national coordinator. He is currently a full-time professor and director of the History and Cultural Management Program at the University of Piura (Lima).

|Master's. Laura Martinez 

Master's degree in History and in Sociology and Museology. She has over 15 years of experience in cultural management and public policy. She was Ddirector Eexecutive of the Bicentennial Special Project (2020-2021) and Ddirector Ggeneral She served as Director of Cultural Industries and Arts at the Ministry of Culture (2022-2023), promoting cultural rights with a territorial focus. She has held leadership positions at the National Library of Peru in heritage and collections management. Her profile combines academic experience, public administration, and a strategic vision for cultural development.

|Master JErika Guerrero 

A historian with a master's degree in Historical and Artistic Heritage and an MBA in General Management, she has over 20 years of national and international experience in cultural policy, territorial management, and museums. She has led the coordination between the Ministry of Culture and various levels of government, promoting cultural governance, citizen participation, and strategic planning. She also has extensive teaching experience, delivering university programs on heritage management, museology, and public cultural management, integrating technical practice with an academic perspective.

|Carla Cordova, Esq.  

A graduate in History and Cultural Management from the University of Piura, with over 15 years of experience in public administration. She currently specializes in Heritage Transmission at the Directorate of Citizen Participation of the Ministry of Culture, implementing sociocultural interventions to protect cultural heritage. She has worked in Piura and Huánuco on the program Qhapaq Ñan, developing educational materials, fostering local entrepreneurship and promoting heritage management in conjunction with community actors. 

|Dr. Victor Velezmoro 

Full Professor at the University of Piura. PhD in Art History (University of Seville), Master's in University Teaching (UCV), Bachelor's degree in Art (UNMSM), and diploma in Public Policy. He has over 18 years of teaching and institutional experience at the University of Piura, where he has served as Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Director of the History and Cultural Management program. His research interests encompass Art History and cultural policies in Peru. 

|Master's. Diana Guerra Chirinos

PhD in Cultural and Heritage Management (University of Barcelona). She has extensive experience as a postgraduate and undergraduate professor at the University of Piura, PUCP, UNMSM, MALI, and other institutions. She has been General Director of Cultural Industries and Arts of the Ministry of Culture, Director Studies at PUCP and Director Tourism at USIL. He has served as a jury member for the National Culture Prize and has been part of technical committees in tourism and public management organizations. 

|Caridad Pizarro, Esq. 

She holds a degree in History and Cultural Management (UDEP) and a Master's degree in Government and Public Policy (PUCP). She has over 15 years of experience in the public and private sectors. She has coordinated workshops and projects at the Ministry of Culture, and was responsible for the Orquestando initiative and the implementation of Arts and Culture at the Ministry of Education. She currently serves as General Coordinator of Cultural Industries and Arts at the Ministry of Culture.

|Master'sMarialejandra Puruguay 

A historian and cultural manager (UDEP), with master's degrees in Public Management (USMP and EUCIM), she has extensive experience in cultural and educational projects in both the public and private sectors. She has led award-winning initiatives such as “Trujillo Bicentenario” (LLAMA National Curatorial Award 2021) and projects recognized by UNESCO. She has collaborated with the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR) and the Ministry of Culture. Currently, she is the director of the History and Cultural Management Program at UDEP and president of CLÍO Cultura y Ciudadanía. 

|Master's. Fabiana Raunelli

Bachelor's degree in History and Cultural Management (UDEP) and MBA from The Global Leaders Institute. She has over 12 years of experience in developing policies and projects with social, cultural, and youth impact. She has held key positions in the public sector, such as General Coordinator of Cultural Industries and Arts., Director of National Ensembles in the Ministry of Culture and Director Research at the National Youth Secretariat (Minedu). Currently, she is the Central Ensembles Manager at Sinfonía por el Perú. 

|Master's. Alberto Requena

Associate Professor in the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Piura. He holds a bachelor's and master's degree in History and Cultural Management from UDEP and is a doctoral candidate in Humanities. He has completed diplomas in Catholic Social Teaching (CEU San Pablo University), University Teaching, and Public Administration. He has held institutional leadership positions such as Head of the Academic Area of Cultural Management, Coordinator of Postgraduate Studies and Extension, and Director of the Academic Program in History and Cultural Management.
