Dates and deadlines
• First circular: November 14, 2025.
• Second circular: December 12, 2025.
• Deadline for submitting proposals: February 13, 2026.
• Deadline for notification of accepted proposals: March 6, 2026.
• Colloquium: March 26 and 27, 2026.
Guidelines for submitting papers
Proposals for presentations must include the following information: full name of the interested party, institutional affiliation, email address, participation modality (in-person or virtual), tentative title and abstract of the presentation (maximum 200 words) and chosen thematic axis.
The above information must be included in a Word file, which will be sent to the following email address: rosa.minan@udep.edu.pe indicating in the subject line “Application to colloquium 2026”.
Each proposal will be evaluated by the responsible committee. Responses will be sent on March 6, 2026, via the email address provided in the application. This same email will include payment details for the registration fee, which is a prerequisite for confirming the presentation.
