Great women

Belcorp Foundation and the Microenterprise Advisory Center launched the female leadership program; with the initiative to benefit 480 entrepreneurial women from Piura. This training program was focused on strengthening the skills of women in the region in three axes: personal, economic development and family relationships.

Productivity in MSMEs

The objective is to develop programs that contribute to solving the decrease in productivity detected in Latin American MSMEs.

The following are involved in the development of the project that began in 2016: Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Scale Latam and Micro and small companies from the Piura Region, which study the processes, good practices and decision making of a group of micro and small companies.
