WHO ARE WE?
The Amigos UDEP Scholarship Fund is an initiative of the Universidad de Piura that seeks to generate opportunities for access and retention in higher education for talented and potential young people who, for economic reasons, need support to continue their studies.
Through the contributions of alumni, families, businesses, friends, and members of the university community, it channels the solidarity of those who wish to transform lives through education. Each contribution helps more students fully develop their abilities, access an excellent university education, and build a future with greater opportunities.
More than just a financial aid fund, Amigos UDEP represents a community committed to the transformative power of education and to building a society with more opportunities for all.
The Amigos UDEP Scholarship Fund is led by the Directorate of Institutional Advancement (DAI), which manages a series of corporate initiatives to raise these funds and channel them to talented young people.

The Directorate of Institutional Advancement (DAI) is the channel through which the Universidad de Piura receives the generosity of individuals, families, and companies, and directs it towards concrete projects aligned with the UDEP Ideals: Christian humanism, academic excellence, and service to the common good.
Yes. UDEP is a non-profit institution authorized to issue donation certificates. Companies and individuals can deduct part of their donation from their income tax by presenting the official certificate issued by the University. Legal basis: Article 37, section x) of the Income Tax Law, and Article 21, section s) of its Regulations.
Yes. You can donate in soles or dollars by transferring to our bank accounts, or set up a recurring donation with automatic charges to your credit card.
