The Paper Development Workshop in Organizational Studies is aimed at advanced PhD students and scholars, particularly those working from and on Latin America and other emerging economies. It focuses on the development of research in organizational studies and provides a space to present work, receive feedback, and engage in academic discussion. It is co-sponsored by Organization Studies (OS) and Organization Theory (OT) and co-organized by the University of Piura (UDEP).
