Universidad de Piura is located in an area of 130 hectares. It also has an area of 90 hectares of vetch trees, which are the result of a process of permanent reforestation that started in 1969.

In addition, the University has just obtained new premises in the city of Lima, thanks to a 20-year lease with the Marist Brothers. The premises, with an area of twenty-three thousand square meters, served formerly as headquarters of the Champagnat school.

This new campus will provide more comfort to those working at the University, and it will also provide better services for the students. Furthermore, it will accommodate the activities formerly held at two separate locations in San Isidro (Los Eucaliptos and Arequipa Avenue).
